Traffic Violation Evidence Management
Every AI detection becomes a piece of evidence that an officer reviews before it can become an official violation record — nothing is auto-fined off the AI's judgment alone.
Evidence Workflow
- 1
Detection
The AI pipeline flags a potential violation from a camera or uploaded footage.
- 2
Evidence Package
The detection is packaged with its image, confidence score, and detected details in the Evidence Queue.
- 3
Police Review
An officer reviews the evidence and accepts or rejects it.
- 4
Violation Record
Accepted evidence becomes an official violation record, ready for reporting.
- 5
Trash
Rejected evidence moves to Trash, with an optional reason on file.
Evidence Review
The Evidence Queue separates Pending items awaiting a decision from Trash items already rejected, with search by ID, plate, or violation type.
Full Evidence and Cropped Detection
A source camera frame can carry dozens of unrelated detections, so each evidence item shows a cropped view of just the flagged vehicle or rider by default, with a toggle to view the full original photo.
Vehicle / Plate Association
Each piece of evidence links to the registered vehicle by its plate, so an officer can see ownership details alongside the detection.
Violation Creation
Accepting a piece of evidence promotes it directly into Violation Management as an official record — no separate manual creation step.
Export and Reporting
Every violation record can be exported as a PDF or Excel report, sent to the driver by email, SMS, in person, or mail, and voided with a reason if needed.
The PDF report includes the violation details, vehicle information, full and cropped evidence photos, and the officer's review decision.
What This Means for Drivers
A violation record is created only after officer review. The report keeps the evidence image, vehicle details, decision, and delivery status together so the case is easy to understand.
